I had a question: what happens if you give talented people a serious AI budget and tell them to go make the thing they cannot stop thinking about?

That became the Token Grantee program. Each person gets $1,000 a week in AI tokens, access to some of my agents, and time with me to work through whatever gets weird.

There is no required model. The best tool changes too fast for that. I want people to try everything, keep what works, and teach the rest of us what they find.

Reid and I introduced the program on Possible. Then we sat down with Ben, Will, Joe, and Cadi to see what they were actually making.

This page has every public Token episode I appeared in through August 12, 2026. Each page includes the video, my notes, the official Possible transcript, and a timed transcript you can search and click through.

Watch

  1. Introducing Tokens to the Future — why we made the program and how my agent setup works.
  2. Ben Hansford on making films with AI — commercials, VFX, comics, and a talking raccoon.
  3. Will Weinbach on using agents for social — a non-coder builds a system that edits, posts, and learns from the numbers.
  4. Joe Salvatore on making brand work with AI — going from one image to hundreds without giving up taste.
  5. Cadi Zhang on games and robots — PokéTax, duck imposters, and why a robot still cannot learn touch from the internet.

What I am watching for

The money helps. It lets people run bigger tests without worrying that every prompt might be the expensive one.

But money is not the whole thing. The real gains come when someone saves a good method, teaches it to an agent, shares it with a friend, and starts the next project from there.

The other pattern is taste. These tools can make a lot of stuff very quickly. They still cannot tell you which idea is worth making, whether a game is fun, or whether an ad is any good.

Start here

Watch the kickoff first. Reid makes me explain the whole bet, the agents I use every day, and why I care so much about giving creative people more compute.

Possible publishes the official transcript index. I also keep a sourced copy with each episode here, plus timed YouTube captions for video seeking.
